Als meewerkend voorman technische dienst ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en uitvoeren van onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden op onze kinderopvanglocaties en ons kantoor. Je stuurt twee directe collega’s aan, bewaakt de planning, stelt prioriteiten en verdeelt de werkzaamheden. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat onze gebouwen, speelvoorzieningen en buitenruimtes veilig en goed onderhouden blijven.

Naast het aansturen van je team steek je zelf ook graag de handen uit de mouwen. Van het oplossen van technische storingen en het uitvoeren van reparaties tot het keuren van bedden en boxen en het voorbereiden van grotere onderhoudsprojecten, zoals schilderwerk. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen leidinggeven, samenwerken en zelfstandig aan de slag gaan.

Ook ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en externe partijen. Je maakt afspraken over werkzaamheden, materialen en prijzen en houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit en veiligheid. Daarnaast bewaak je de voortgang, houd je registraties bij en kijk je waar processen verbeterd kunnen worden. Eens per zes weken bereid je het overleg met je collega’s en de directeur bedrijfsvoering voor, stel je de agenda op en verzorg je de verslaglegging en terugkoppeling.
