Denk jij graag mee in het organiseren van zorg? Ga jij uitdagingen niet uit de weg en ben je flexibel ingesteld? Kom dan werken als verpleegkundige in het wijkteam in Nieuw-Amsterdam.

Als verpleegkundige voer je de dagelijkse ADL-taken en verpleegtechnische handelingen uit. In complexe situaties stel jij het zorgleefplan op. Jij verzorgt en begeleidt zorgvragers op het gebied van psychiatrische en/of psychologische problematiek. Ook draag je samen met je collega's zorg voor een zo goed mogelijk leef- en woonklimaat voor de zorgvragers. Met jouw kennis begeleid en en coach je jouw collega's in het opstellen en uitvoeren van het zorgleefplan. Ook verzorg jij klinische lessen over voorkomende ziektebeelden en medicatieveiligheid. Tot slot neem je deel aan teamoverleggen en zo nodig bewonersbesprekingen.

Wat is vereist:

  • Een niveau 4 diploma verpleegkundige
  • Je bent bevoegd en bekwaam en je voldoet aan de activiteiten die nodig zijn voor kwaliteitsregistratie
  • Net afgestudeerd of al jaren ervaring? Wij komen graag met je in contact
  • Je bent bereid om alle voorkomende diensten te draaien
  • Je wil graag bij een sociale en betrokken organisatie werken
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
  • Het is een pre indien je beschikt over een auto

Wat krijg je daarvoor terug:

  • Inschaling volgens FWG 45 van de CAO VVT op basis van opleiding en ervaring tussen de €3502,- en €4245,- op basis van een fulltime dienstverband, excl. een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%
  • Een contract op basis van 24 uur per week
  • Lidmaatschap kwaliteitsregister V&VN
  • Toegang tot de Tangenborgh academie om je verder te ontwikkelen (o.a. e-learningen van Good Habitz)

Waar ga je werken? Wij bieden zorg met behandeling, zorg zonder behandeling in de woonzorgcentra en wijkzorg, op en vanuit totaal zo’n 11 locaties in de gemeenten Emmen, Coevorden en Borger-Odoorn. We zijn specialist op het gebied van psychogeriatrie (dementie). Ook verhuren we meer dan 700 woningen geschikt voor ouderen in Zuidoost-Drenthe. Wonen, welzijn en zorg zijn voor ons onlosmakelijk met elkaar verbonden. Wij zien de bewoner of klant als compleet mens en kijken verder dan alleen de fysieke of mentale klachten.
