Waarom werken bij De Anloop

De Anloop is meer dan een zorglocatie; het is een levendig ontmoetingspunt midden in het centrum van Schoonebeek. Met 31 zorgappartementen en een grote groep bewoners in de omliggende aanleunwoningen, hangt hier een warme, dorpse sfeer. Onze visie? Wij kijken naar de mens achter de zorgvraag en stimuleren wat bewoners nog wél zelf kunnen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Verzorgende IG ben jij de spil in het welzijn van onze bewoners:

  • Persoonlijke zorg met aandacht: Je ondersteunt bewoners bij de dagelijkse verzorging (ADL) en verricht verpleegtechnische handelingen.
  • De regie bij de bewoner: Je luistert naar hun levensverhaal en zorgt dat zij zich gehoord en gezien voelen.
  • Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen in een integraal team van professionals, mantelzorgers en vrijwilligers.
  • Dynamiek: Geen dag is hetzelfde. Van een medische handeling tot een waardevol gesprek tijdens de koffie; jij schakelt moeiteloos.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een mbo-diploma Verzorgende IG (niveau 3).
  • Een warm hart voor ouderen en een flinke dosis empathie.
  • Een zelfstandige werkhouding, maar je bent ook een echte teamplayer.
  • De flexibiliteit om in verschillende diensten te werken.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd voor 24 uur per week.
  • Salaris conform CAO VVT in FWG 40 op basis van je opleiding en ervaring (tussen € 2.981,- en € 3.864,- bruto per maand bij 36 uur).
  • Lidmaatschap kwaliteitsregister V&VN.
  • Een vaste eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% en een vakantietoeslag van 8% van het bruto jaarsalaris.
  • Toegang tot de Tangenborgh academie om je verder te ontwikkelen (o.a. e-learningen van Good Habitz).
