Ga als Verzorgende IG'er bij ons aan de slag en ontdek hoe waardevol werken in Hof van Erica en de wijkzorg van Erica/Rietlanden en Bargeres is. In onze hechte wijkteams ben jij meer dan welkom!

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkterrein is dynamisch: enerzijds ben je actief in de appartementen van Hof van Erica anderzijds ben je onderweg naar klanten in de wijk. Jouw rol is veelzijdig, je gaat zelfstandig op pad maar werkt daarnaast ook nauw samen met alle collega's in de wijk. Je ondersteunt bij de ADL, verricht indien nodig verpleegtechnische handelingen, zet technologische hulpmiddelen in en je draagt bij aan het vergroten van de zelfredzaamheid van onze klanten.

Door gesprekken over alledaagse onderwerpen en het verlenen van zorg bouw je ook persoonlijke relaties op met klanten en hun familie en naasten. Het is meer dan een baan; het is een kans om een positieve impact te maken in de levens van ouderen.

Samen zorgen we ervoor dat ouderen in Hof van Erica en de wijkzorg van Erica/Rietlanden en Bargeres gelukkig en zelfstandig kunnen blijven wonen.

Wat bieden wij jou?

Als Verzorgende IG’er krijg je bij ons de kans om echt het verschil te maken, midden in de wijk. Je werkt in betrokken en hechte teams van Verzorgenden IG’ers en Verpleegkundigen, waar jouw ideeën en inzet erg gewaardeerd worden. Verder bieden we jou het volgende:

  • Jaarcontract met de intentie te verlengen voor onbepaalde tijd;
  • Inschaling volgens FWG 40 volgens de CAO VVT op basis van je opleiding en ervaring tussen €2.981,- en €3.864,- bruto op basis van een fulltime dienstverband;
  • Een vaste eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%;
  • Lidmaatschap kwaliteitsregister V&VN;
  • Toegang tot de Tangenborgh academie om je verder te ontwikkelen (o.a. e-learningen van Good Habitz);

Wat breng je mee?

Als verzorgende IG'er verleen je liefdevolle en persoonlijke zorg en ben jij een waardevolle factor in het dagelijkse leven van de klanten. Daarnaast breng jij het volgende met je mee:

  • Een niveau 3 diploma Verzorgende (IG) of een vergelijkbaar diploma;
  • Je bent bevoegd en bekwaam en je voldoet aan de activiteiten die nodig zijn voor kwaliteitsregistratie;
  • Net afgestudeerd of al jaren ervaring? Wij komen graag met je in contact;
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en beschikt bij voorkeur over een auto.
