The posting

Afwisselend en veelzijdig: dat is werken als pedagogisch professional in de flexpool bij Doomijn. Je werkt namelijk op verschillende locaties in Zwolle en met kinderen van verschillende leeftijden.

Jouw rol als pedagogisch professional Samen met je collega’s ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verzorging en begeleiding van kinderen tussen 0 en 12 jaar. Als pedagogisch professional in de flexpool zorg je ervoor dat jouw collega’s op de locatie het dagelijks reilen en zeilen in goede banen kunnen leiden. Dat doe je door je te focussen op jouw allerbelangrijkste verantwoordelijkheid: de kinderen. Met het pedagogisch beleidsplan van Doomijn als richtlijn geef je ieder kind een fijne plek. Je creëert een warme, veilige en uitdagende omgeving en geeft kinderen daarin alle ruimte om zich spelenderwijs te ontwikkelen, zichzelf te zijn en te worden. Ouders betrek je hierbij, zodat zij meegenieten van de ontwikkeling die hun kind bij ons doormaakt.

De flexpool Verschillende dagen werken, of liever een vast rooster? Een 0-urencontract, of liever wat meer? In de flexpool kan het allebei. Zo beweegt jouw werk mee met jouw leven, wat er ook speelt.

Heb jij het in je? Werken met verschillende leeftijden, verschillende collega’s en op verschillende locaties: jij houdt ervan. Je past je gemakkelijk aan in een nieuwe omgeving. Kinderen voelen zich erg prettig bij jou, dat gaat eigenlijk vanzelf. Je beschikt over natuurlijk overwicht, bent integer en betrokken en laat kinderen zelf ontdekken wat wel werkt en wat niet. Je durft buiten de lijntjes te kleuren en nieuwe mogelijkheden te ontdekken

Verder ben je in het bezit van:

  • minimaal een kindgericht mbo-diploma op niveau 3; of
  • 50% studiepunten van een gekwalificeerde hbo-opleiding (voor de bso); of
  • 75% studiepunten van een gekwalificeerde hbo-opleiding (voor de kdv); of
  • een overgangsbewijs naar het derde jaar van een gekwalificeerde hbo-opleiding.
