Vi söker nu timvikarierande barnskötare till Förskolan Närdaghemmets interna vikariepool. Förskolan ligger idylliskt mitt i Svartbäckens lugna villaområde. Närdaghemmet är en föräldradriven förskola där vi har 26 barn mellan 1-6 år. Som timvikarie hos oss kommer du att ersätta ordinarie personal vid behov. Du kommer ha daglig kontakt med barnen och deras vårdnadshavare samt samarbeta med övriga pedagoger i verksamheten. Du kommer att ha en viktig roll i att skapa en trygg och stimulerande miljö för barnen, där deras trygghet, utveckling och välbefinnande är i fokus. Vi ser gärna att du har relevant utbildning eller erfarenhet inom barnomsorg, men det är inget krav. Viktigare är din förmåga att skapa goda relationer med både barn och vuxna, samt att du är en ansvarsfull och flexibel medarbetare med god social kompetens och har lätt för att samarbeta. Du behöver ha ett positivt förhållningssätt och ett genuint intresse för att arbeta med barn. Vi erbjuder dig en arbetsplats där du kan utvecklas både som barnskötare och som person.
