Die Stiftung Bühl ist eine ausgezeichnete Arbeitgeberin mit innovativen Angeboten. Dazu gehört die Therapeutische Wohnschulgruppe (TWSG) - ein spezialisiertes Förderangebot für Jugendliche mit kognitiver Beeinträchtigung und psychischen Störungen.

Für die Neueröffnung einer zweiten TWSG für Jugendliche suchen wir per 1. August 2027

Heilpädagoginnen / Heilpädagogen 80% ###

In der TWSG erwartet Sie ein vielseitiges schulisches Arbeitsfeld. Sie gestalten Unterricht individuell und ressourcenorientiert, schaffen Lern- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und begleiten Jugendliche auch dann, wenn die Wege nicht immer geradlinig sind.

Sie profitieren von grosszügigem Handlungsspielraum, klaren Strukturen und einem innovativen Umfeld. Gemeinsam mit einem engagierten interdisziplinären Team aus Heilpädagogik, Sozialpädagogik, Psychiatrie und Psychologie entwickeln Sie passende Lösungen und schaffen einen verlässlichen Rahmen für Lernen und Entwicklung.

Wir suchen Menschen mit Fachkompetenz, Persönlichkeit und Power, die Herausforderungen als Chance verstehen und Freude daran haben, eigene Ideen einzubringen und neue Wege auszuprobieren. Sie verfügen über eine positive Grundhaltung, Reflexionsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Humor. Sie begegnen Jugendlichen mit Wertschätzung und Klarheit, arbeiten lösungsorientiert und schätzen die Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team. Voraussetzung ist zudem ein EDK-anerkanntes Lehrdiplom, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine heilpädagogische Qualifikation. Vor allem bringen Sie Freude und Engagement mit, Jugendliche mit besonderen Bedürfnissen auf ihrem Bildungs- und Entwicklungsweg zu begleiten.
