Teamkoordinator/in Administration 60\-80%

Deine Aufgaben

  • Planung und Koordination der Ausbildungen in den Bereichen Maschinen, Stapler und Sprengen (von der Anmeldung bis zur Verrechnung)
  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung des Administrationsteams inklusive Einsatzplanung und Aufgabenkoordination
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Teilnehmende, Firmen, Ausbildende sowie Schul\- und Bereichsleitung und Sicherstellung einer professionellen, dienstleistungsorientierten Beratung
  • Weiterentwicklung administrativer Prozesse, aktive Mitgestaltung der Digitalisierung sowie Erstellung von Kennzahlen, Auswertungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung und mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung sowie Freude an der Teamkoordination und der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick
  • Kommunikationsstärke, professionelles Auftreten und vernetztes Denken
