Das KiEl Bethanien Zürich ist eine Kind-Eltern-Institution. Wir bieten vorübergehend Schutz.

Bei uns finden Familien mit Kindern betreute oder begleitete Wohnmöglichkeiten. Schwerpunkte liegen in der Beobachtung und Förderung des Kindeswohls, der Unterstützung in Krisensituationen und der Stabilisierung des Familiensystems. Unsere Klientel umfasst gewaltbetroffene Frauen sowie Eltern mit psychischen Erkrankungen, kognitiver Einschränkung oder anderen psychosozialen Schwierigkeiten.

  • Administrative Aufgaben, insbesondere das Verfassen von Berichten, Aktenführung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Fachpersonen sowie dem Netzwerk

Das bringen Sie mit: ###

  • Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik oder Sozialarbeit
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Interesse am Kinderschutzbereich
  • Freude an der Kinderbetreuung und der agogischen Arbeit mit Eltern
  • Interesse an Familienthemen, Erziehungs- und Sozialberatung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Krisen
  • Bereitschaft für Schichtdienst bis 21.00 Uhr (Mo-Sa)
