The posting

Als Kompetenzzentrum engagiert sich die Stiftung Dreipunkt für eine nachhaltige Integration von Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen in die Arbeitswelt und somit in unsere Gesellschaft. Dabei vermitteln die Fachkräfte der Stiftung Dreipunkt unter anderem das arbeitsmarktliche Rüstzeug für die anschliessende Ausbildung oder Arbeitsstelle.

Im Programm SEMO Jobhouse fördern und begleiten wir Jugendliche mit erschwertem Zugang zur Arbeitswelt. Wir fördern die persönliche Entwicklung sowie verschiedene Schlüsselkompetenzen wie Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit usw. Dazu gehört praktisches Arbeiten in Ateliers, Erlebnispädagogik, Berufsschulvorbereitung und Sport. Dabei stehen die individuellen Fähigkeiten der Teilnehmenden und die Beziehungsarbeit im Mittelpunkt. Seit Herbst 2022 wird ein Teil der Jugendlichen im SEMO Jobhouse mit einem zusätzlichen Begleitungs-angebot, durch die IV finanziert, unterstützt.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per 1. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte, engagierte und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz als

Fachperson Beratung und Begleitung plus, IV-Frühintervention 70% ##

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Leitung, Organisation, Koordination und Durchführung der Begleitung und Beratung plus, IV-Frühintervention
  • Aufnahmeverfahren von neuen Jugendlichen
  • Standortgespräche mit Jugendlichen führen
  • Begleitung, Unterstützung, Förderung und Ausbildung der Jugendlichen im Arbeits- und Lernprozess, unter anderem im Bewerbungsprozess
  • Intervention in Konfliktsituationen
  • Durchführung von Fremdeinschätzungs-Gesprächen mit Jugendlichen
  • Informationsaustausch mit IV- und RAV-Beratenden sowie Kursleitenden
  • Berichtwesen über Fortschritte, Ressourcen und Möglichkeiten für die zuweisenden Stellen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Gestaltung der Beratung und Begleitung plus, IV-Frühintervention im SEMO Jobhouse und Mitarbeit in Projekten
  • Absprache und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team und der Teamleitung SEMO

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss als Berater/in im psychosozialen Bereich HFP oder einer psychologischen, heilpädagogischen oder sozialen Ausbildung, ein CAS in Coaching in der Arbeitsintegration oder Supported Employment ist wünschenswert.
  • Ihr hohes Mass an sozialem Geschick und Ihr tiefes Verständnis für die Zusammenarbeit in einem multikulturellen Umfeld zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie Ihr stilsicheres Deutsch.
  • Als empathische, offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit bringen Sie die Fähigkeit mit, optimal auf unterschiedlichste Menschen einzugehen.
  • Sie bewahren auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen Flexibilität sowie Belastbarkeit und verstehen es, bei Konflikten erfolgreich zu intervenieren.
  • Neben Ihrer selbständigen und verantwortungsbewussten Arbeitsweise steht Ihnen jederzeit ein eingespieltes, interdisziplinäres Team unterstützend zur Seite.
  • Eine kontinuierliche Selbstreflektion und der Wille zur Weiterentwicklung sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
