Mit einem ambitionierten Ausstellungsprogramm und einem innovativen Umgang mit der umfangreichen Sammlung profiliert sich das Kunstmuseum Luzern in der Schweizer Museumslandschaft. Wir suchen nach Vereinbarung eine Fachperson Finanz- und Rechnungswesen 50-60%

Aufgaben/Anforderungen Sie führen das Finanz- und Rechnungswesen des Kunstmuseums Luzern selbständig und sorgen für eine aktuelle, korrekte und verlässliche Buchhaltung. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit der Administrativen Leitung und den verschiedenen Bereichen des Museums zusammen. - Selbständige Führung der Finanz-, Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung in Abacus inklusive Zahlungsverkehr, Mahnwesen und MWST-Abrechnungen - Verantwortung für die monatliche Lohnverarbeitung inklusive Sozialversicherungen und lohnbezogener Jahresendarbeiten - Regelmässige Kontenabstimmungen sowie korrekte Zuordnung von Geschäftsvorfällen zu Kostenstellen und Ausstellungsbudgets - Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses in Zusammenarbeit mit der Administrativen Leitung und der Revisionsstelle - Unterstützung bei Budgetierung, Budgetkontrolle, Liquiditätsplanung und Finanzreporting - Sicherstellung effizienter Buchhaltungsprozesse und einer transparenten, serviceorientierten Zusammenarbeit

Ihr Profil Sie verfügen über fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, arbeiten strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich und behalten auch bei vielfältigen Aufgaben den Überblick. - Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg. Fachausweis oder vergleichbare Qualifikation - Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der selbständigen Buchführung inklusive Lohnadministration und Jahresabschlüssen - Sehr gute Abacus- und EXCEL-Kenntnisse sowie Sicherheit im schweizerischen Rechnungswesen, in MWST- und Sozialversicherungsfragen - Lösungsorientierte, proaktive Kommunikation (Deutsch und Englische Sprache) und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
