Das Zurich Heart House ( ) schafft und vermittelt neues Wissen im Bereich \- und Kreislauferkrankungen. Durch seine Affiliation mit der Universität Zürich (Center for Molecular Cardiology) und mit den Royal Brompton \& Harefield Hospitals in London gehört das Zurich Heart House zu den wichtigsten kardiologischen Forschungs\- und Ausbildungszentren in Europa.

Wir suchen per 1\.12\.2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/einen

Sachbearbeiter/in Buchhaltung / Administration 40%

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kontrolle und Kontieren der anfallenden Belege unter Berücksichtigung der betrieblichen und mehrwertsteuerlichen Aspekte
  • Verbuchung der Belege inkl. Kontenpflege
  • Erstellen der MWST\-Abrechnungen
  • Verbuchung von Wertschriften
  • Zahlungsverkehr
  • Selbständige Führung der Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Mithilfe beim Jahresabschluss
  • Unterstützung des CFO

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • MS\-Office\-Applikationen sind Ihnen bestens vertraut.
  • Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung in ABACUS.
  • Sie verfügen über gute mündliche und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch. Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie sind eine motivierte und initiative Persönlichkeit, die strukturiert, zuverlässig und präzise arbeitet.
  • Sie haben ein sicheres Auftreten, gute Umgangsformen und arbeiten gerne in einem kleinen Team.
