Das Frauenhaus Zürich Violetta bietet gewaltbetroffenen Frauen mit und ohne Kinder 24 Pla-tze in 12 Zimmern. Schutz, Unterkunft, psychosoziale Beratung sowie Unterstu-tzung und Begleitung sind die Kernaufgaben des Frauenhauses Zu-rich Violetta.

Diese Stelle ist befristet bis 31.10.2027.

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören

  • Selbständige Fallführung/Casemanagement
  • Parteiliche Beratung und Betreuung der schutzsuchenden Frauen/Mütter gemäss Kriseninterventionskonzept
  • Abklärung und Vermittlung von Leistungen im Bereich Opferhilfe (OHG) und Sozialhilfe (SH)
  • Vernetzung und Triage mit externen Fachstellen/Fachpersonen
  • Telefonberatung
  • Gruppenpräsenz/Alltagsbegleitung der Klientinnen
  • Administrative und weitere betriebliche Aufgaben
  • Fachliche Weiterentwicklung/Qualitätsentwicklung

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in den Bereichen Psychologie, Sozialpädagogik oder Sozialarbeit im In- oder Ausland
  • Mehrjährige Beratungserfahrung in den relevanten Themen (Psychotraumatologie, Häusliche Gewalt, div. Rechtsgebiete, Opferhilfe)
  • Solide Kenntnisse des Opferhilfegesetzes (OHG) sowie des Sozialhilfegesetzes (SHG), CAS Opferhilfe von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in einem Kriseninterventionsbetrieb und/oder mit gewaltbetroffenen Frauen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute IT Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit Mac, Sicherheit im Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Hohe Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, Selbstständigkeit, Humor und Teamfähigkeit. Team und Klientinnen begegnen Sie mit einer ressourcenorientierten Haltung. Sie bringen Freude und Neugier mit für diese politisch relevante Arbeit in einem dynamischen Betrieb
