Möchtest du deine pädagogische Erfahrung einbringen und gemeinsam mit Fachpersonen in Uganda ein Bildungskonzept entwickeln? Für eine befristete Phase der Konzeptentwicklung suchen wir eine Fachperson mit Erfahrung in Bildung, Konzeptentwicklung und internationaler Zusammenarbeit.

Das bewirkst du bei uns:

  • Für die Stiftung Gott hilft erarbeitest du ein Bildungsprogramm für Lehr- und Betreuungspersonen im Globalen Süden. Du entwickelst ein fundiertes Konzept, das Weiterbildungsmodule, ausgewertete erste Erprobungen sowie eine Finanzierungs- und Umsetzungsplanung enthält.
  • Gemeinsam mit den Partnern in Uganda klärst du den Bedarf und entwickelst daraus Ziele und Module. Ausgangspunkt ist die eigene Vor- und Primarschule in Lira.
  • Du koordinierst die Erprobung ausgewählter Module in Lira und wertest sie mit dem lokalen Team aus.
  • Du führst die Ergebnisse im Konzept zusammen, mit Qualitätskriterien, Budget und Voraussetzungen für eine spätere Übertragung an weitere Standorte.

Damit überzeugst du uns:

  • Du bringst pädagogische Fachkompetenz und Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Bildungsangeboten mit, etwa aus Schulentwicklung, Erwachsenenbildung oder Sozialpädagogik. Eine entsprechende Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung ist willkommen.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der internationalen Zusammenarbeit mit. Entscheidend ist dabei deine Bereitschaft, gemeinsam mit lokalen Fachpersonen zu lernen und zu entwickeln.
  • Du kannst Entwicklungsprozesse gestalten, Erfahrungen aus unterschiedlichen Kontexten einbeziehen und klare Konzepte verfassen.
  • Du schreibst stilsicher in Deutsch und kannst dich in Englisch im professionellen Kontext sicher verständigen.
  • Du trägst unser christliches Menschenbild und unsere Werte respektvoll mit.

So stellen wir uns das vor:

Eine eigenverantwortliche und zeitlich begrenzte Projektaufgabe mit Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten und flexiblen Arbeitsbedingungen. Die Stelle lässt sich neben einer weiteren beruflichen Tätigkeit organisieren.

  • Ab März 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung, befristet für 4 bis 8 Monate
  • Befristete Anstellung oder Mandat mit Möglichkeit der Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung
  • Bereitschaft erforderlich zu ein bis zwei Projektreisen nach Uganda, insgesamt drei bis vier Wochen.
  • Möglichkeit zu Homeoffice und flexible Arbeitszeiten
  • Anbindung an die Stiftung Gott hilft in Zizers
  • Möglichkeit einer Kombination mit der separat ausgeschriebenen Fundraising-Stelle zu 40 bis 60 %
