Das Alters- und Pflegeheim «GRÜNECK am Waldrand» in Ottikon bei Gossau ZH bietet 34 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern mit und ohne demenzieller Erkrankung eine fachkompetente und individuelle Pflege und Betreuung. Das familiäre Heim liegt an herrlicher Lage, mitten im Gru-nen, mit schönem Garten und Blick in die Alpen. Hauskatzen und Ziegen gehören ebenfalls zum überschaubaren, tierfreundlichen Haus.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Pflegefachperson HF/FH 60-90%

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF oder FH
  • Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege / gerontologische Pflege
  • Analytisches Denken und lösungsorientiertes Handeln sowie organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung und Freude an konstruktiver Teamarbeit
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, wertschätzende Haltung und hohes Pflichtbewusstsein
  • Freude an der Mitarbeit in einem durchmischten Team
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Individuelle, bedarfsgerechte Pflege nach medizinischen und pflegerischen Kriterien in Zusammenarbeit mit den Ärzten
  • Entgegennehmen und bearbeiten von Wünschen und Anliegen von Bewohnenden, Angehörigen und externen Gesundheitsdienstleitstern
  • Übernehmen der Tagesverantwortung und sicherstellen der Hilfeleitung in Notfallsituationen
  • Planen, evaluieren und dokumentieren von pflegerisch-betreuerischen Interventionen
  • Übernehmen von Früh- und Spätschichten, sowie Wochenendeinsätze
  • Allenfalls Leisten von Pikettdiensten
