Das privat geführte Seniorenzentrum inmitten der Stadt Winterthur bietet für rund 150 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner einen Wohn\- und Lebensraum, in dem sie sich wohl fühlen und ihren Bedürfnissen entsprechend betreut werden. Das Seniorenzentrum Wiesengrund ist ein anerkannter und beliebter Betrieb im Gesundheitswesen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Inhouse\-Spitex\- und Pflegeteams im Tagdienst suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF 80 \- 100%

Was können Sie bei uns bewirken:

  • Gewährleistung einer professionellen, bewohnenden\- und angehörigenzentrierten Pflege und Betreuung
  • Verantwortung als Bezugsperson und Gestaltung des Pflegeprozess unter Einbezug von Bewohnenden und deren Angehörigen
  • RAI\-Koordination gemäss RAI\-LTCF
  • Beteiligung an der Entwicklung der Pflegequalität und deren Umsetzung auf der Wohngruppe
  • Begleitung und Betreuung der Auszubildenden

Neben dem regulären Dienstbetrieb bieten wir auch Einsatzmöglichkeiten mit einem besonderen Schwerpunkt auf Spät\- und Wochenenddiensten. Wenn Sie diese Dienste bevorzugen, freuen wir uns, gemeinsam mit Ihnen eine passende Einsatzmöglichkeit zu finden.

Was bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF sowie Berufserfahrung in dieser Rolle
  • Fachkenntnisse mit Erfahrung in Geriatrie/Psychiatrie/Palliative Care
  • RAI\-LTCF/PC\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung der Qualitätsstandards
  • Sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeit in der deutschen Sprache
  • Kompetentes und professionelles Auftreten
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Engagement für eine konstruktive, interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit
  • Fähigkeit mit vielschichtigen Belastungssituationen im Alltag umzugehen
