Unter dem Dach des Sozialwerks führt die Stiftung Heilsarmee Schweiz das Kinderheim Sonnhalde in Münsingen und erfüllt eine Leistungsvereinbarung mit dem Kantonalen Jugendamt des Kanton Bern. In unserem Kinderheim leben, verteilt auf drei geschlechtergemischten Wohngruppen, 24 Kinder von Geburt bis zum Ende der Erstausbildung. Wir begleiten die Kinder nach traumapädagogischem und systemisch\-lösungsorientiertem Ansatz in ihrem Alltag. Hierbei unterstützen wir sie ressourcenorientiert in ihren Entwicklungsaufgaben.

In unserer Einrichtung leben wir eine Kultur der Offenheit, Partizipation und Vielfalt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ansprechperson für Kinder und Jugendliche während der Nachtstunden
  • Sicherstellung der Betreuung, Begleitung und des Schutzes
  • Bei Erwachen begleiten sie die Kinder und sorgen für Ruhe und Wohlbefinden
  • Unterstützung bei Notfällen und Krisensituationen
  • Dokumentation besonderer Vorkommnisse und Informationsweitergabe an die Teams
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Wohngruppenteams und Teilnahme an Übergaben
  • Leichte Hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten
  • Arbeitszeiten: 21:45 \- 07:45

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Berufliche Grundausbildung im Gesundheitswesen oder im sozialen Bereich erwünscht
  • Sie haben Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen in herausfordernden Situationen
  • Ein wertschätzender Umgang mit Kindern und Jugendlichen sowie eine respektvolle Zusammenarbeit mit fachübergreifenden Teams, ist für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Sie können sich mit dem Leitbild und Werten unserer Institution identifizieren
