Das Wohn\- und Pflegezentrum Marienhaus in Basel bietet älteren Menschen ein Zuhause, in dem sie ihren Alltag aktiv und selbstbestimmt gestalten können. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams Aktivierung \& Alltagsgestaltung suchen wir per 1\. März 2027 eine

Fachperson Alltagsgestaltung und Aktivierung (w/m/d), 30–60 %

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie planen und gestalten Einzel\- und Gruppenangebote im und ausser Haus, z. B. Gymnastik, Gedächtnistraining und Themennachmittage
  • Sie stimmen die Angebote auf die Fähigkeiten und Interessen der Bewohnenden ab, auch für Menschen mit Demenz
  • Sie setzen moderne Hilfsmittel wie Tovertafel und Dividat Senso ein
  • Sie organisieren Ausfahrten im Quartier sowie flexible Aktivitäten
  • Sie planen und begleiten Anlässe und Ausflüge
  • Sie entwickeln das Angebot weiter und arbeiten eng mit den anderen Bereichen zusammen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Aktivierung oder Alltagsgestaltung (z. B. FAA, FAB, LeA oder SRK)
  • Erfahrung in der Langzeitbetreuung, idealerweise mit Menschen mit Demenz
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute EDV\-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Schweizerdeutsch verstehen Sie gut
