Zur Vervollständigung unseres Teams suchen wir ab Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung für unseren Standort in Davos eine/n

Leitung Ausbildung (60 \- 100%) (für die berufliche Grundbildung in Hotellerie und Gastronomie)

Was Sie bei uns erwartet:

  • Einzigartiges Ausbildungskonzept mit individueller Förderung im ersten Arbeitsmarkt
  • Teamarbeit mit aktiver Mitwirkung bei spannenden Projekten und Projektwochen
  • Verantwortungsvolle abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe, wo Ihre Ideen gefragt sind
  • Zusammenarbeit und Förderung von Jugendlichen mit speziellen Anforderungen
  • regelmässige Schulungen und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten
  • die Aufteilung der Stellenprozente wird gemeinsam bei der Anstellung festgelegt

Zu Ihrer Verantwortung gehört:

  • die Förderung der Lernenden am Arbeitsplatz (Hotel) in allen gastgewerblichen Bereichen, mit Affinität zu Hotellerie\-Hauswirtschaft
  • Unterstützung im praktischen und theoretischen Bereich
  • die Gesamtplanung der Ausbildung
  • Administrative Aufgaben und Koordination mit den Kadermitarbeitenden der Hotels
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem sozialpädagogischen Wohnbereich

Sie bringen mit:

  • eine entsprechende abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit vielseitigen Berufserfahrungen
  • verfügen über weitere Fachkenntnisse in anderen Bereichen der Gastronomie/Hotellerie
  • können mit Ihrer geduldigen und verantwortungsvollen und Ihrer Erfahrung die Lernenden fordern, konsequent fördern und weiterbringen
  • haben idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Hotelfachschule vorzuweisen
