Für den spezialisierten Bereich “Demenz” suchen wir eine Pflegefachperson mit und Fachkompetenz als

Teamleitung Pflege Demenzabteilung ==================================

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du stellst eine professionelle, individuelle und bewohnerorientierte Pflege und Betreuung sicher und entwickelst die Pflegequalität gemeinsam mit deinem Team weiter
  • Du steuerst den Pflegeprozess nach InterRAI LTCF und unterstützt dein Team dabei, die Bewohnenden individuell und personenzentriert zu begleiten – auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen.
  • Du führst dein Team fachlich und personell, förderst die Mitarbeitenden und stärkst eine wertschätzende und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Du analysierst relevante Personal\-, Qualitäts\- und Leistungs\- Kennzahlen und leitest geeignete Massnahmen ab. Du planst den Personaleinsatz bedarfsgerecht unter Berücksichtigung des Pflegebedarfs und sorgst für verlässliche Abläufe.
  • Gemeinsam mit der Leitung Pflege, dem Leitungsteam Pflege Bärau, Pflegeexpertinnen und weiteren Spezialisten in der Stiftung Lebensart gestaltest du Veränderungen und die Weiterentwicklung des Pflegebereichs

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du bist dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder vergleichbar. Idealerweise bringst du eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Demenz mit.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit, vorzugsweise in der Langzeit\- und Demenzpflege.
  • Idealerweise verfügst du bereits über Führungserfahrung, beispielsweise als Teamleitung oder stellvertretende Teamleitung. Eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Führung ist von Vorteil.
  • Du führst mit Freude, befähigst Mitarbeitende und unterstützt sie in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung.
  • Du begegnest Menschen mit Demenzerkrankung mit Empathie, Respekt und einer personenzentrierten Haltung
