Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Onboarding und Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden, First- und Second-Level IT Support
  • Verwaltung von IT-Hardware, Applikationen und Identitäten über den gesamten Lifecycle
  • Definition, Dokumentation und Optimierung von IT-Prozessen
  • Bearbeitung von Incidents, Service Requests und Changes
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister
  • Koordination von Teilprojekten und Unterstützung in anderen IT-Projekten
  • Integration und Konfiguration von SaaS Lösungen und Monitoring
  • Betreuung von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen, ggfs. auch vor Ort bei Events im Ausland

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt IT
  • Sehr fundiertes IT-Basiswissen sowie Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Windows, Entra ID, SaaS, Netzwerktechnik und IT Service Management durch Ihre mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Bereitschaft und Interesse sich im Bereich IT-Sicherheit weiterzubilden
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen bei Events im In- und Ausland
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365
  • Organisations- und Improvisationstalent
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit sowie eine gewissenhafte, präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise auch unter Zeitdruck
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Hands-On-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
