Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, übernimmst Verantwortung und behältst auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick? Dann freuen wir uns auf dich!

Die Stiftung Monikaheim in Zürich betreut Kinder von 0 bis 7 Jahren an 365 Tagen im Jahr, rund um die Uhr. Unser Angebot umfasst zwei Wohngruppen, eine Kriseninterventionsgruppe sowie das Begleitete Wohnen für Mutter und Kind (MuKi).

Dein Wirkungsfeld

Du arbeitest während 3 bis 5 Nächten pro Monat in unserer Kriseninterventionsgruppe mit sechs Plätzen für Kinder ab Geburt bis 7 Jahre. Du übernimmst die Betreuung der Kinder während der Nacht und begleitest bei Bedarf auch kurzfristige Notaufnahmen.

Dabei handelst du selbstständig, reagierst professionell auf unvorhergesehene Situationen und arbeitest eng mit dem Tagesteam zusammen. Kleinere hauswirtschaftliche Aufgaben gehören ebenfalls dazu.

Arbeitszeit: 18.00 bis 8.00 Uhr

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ oder eine vergleichbare pädagogische Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Neugeborenen, Säuglingen und Kleinkindern
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kindern in Krisen- und Belastungssituationen
  • Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit
  • Flexibilität, Einfühlungsvermögen und eine gute Portion Humor
