The posting

Die besondere Volksschule der Stiftung Passaggio in Lützelflüh sucht zur Ergänzung unseres interdisziplinären Teams eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für den Unterricht im Fach Technisches und Textiles Gestalten (TTG). Wir begleiten Schüler\*innen mit besonderen schulischen, psychischen und sozialen Herausforderungen auf ihrem Bildungsweg. Dein Arbeitsort ist ein Atelier mit vielfältigen gestalterischen Möglichkeiten.

Aufgabenbereich

  • Planung und Durchführung des TTG-Unterrichts
  • Vermittlung handwerklicher, gestalterischer Kompetenzen
  • Individuelle Förderung von Jugendlichen
  • Mitarbeit an Förderplanung und Bildungsplan
  • Mitarbeit an Beurteilungs- und Förderberichten
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
  • Teilnahme an Konferenzen, Weiterbildungen, Fallbesprechungen, Standortgesprächen und Supervisionen

Anforderungen

  • Du hast ein Diplom oder einen Bachelorabschluss als Lehrperson
  • Wenn du eine Zusatzausbildung in schulischer Heilpädagogik hast oder in Ausbildung dazu bist, ist das ein Vorteil
  • Du hast Freude und Erfahrung im Umgang mit psychosozial hoch belasteten Jugendlichen
  • Du nimmst die Herausforderung an, im Team zu unterrichten und in schwierigen Gruppendynamiken ein wertschätzendes Lernmilieu zu gestalten.
  • Du bist psychisch belastbar, flexibel und kreativ
  • Du hast Humor
  • Du hast EDV-Kenntnisse und einen Führerausweis Kat. B
