  • Als zukünftige:r Mitarbeiter:in arbeiten Sie innerhalb der Sozialtherapeutischen Gemeinschaft im Arbeitsbereich HandWerk in einem Team mit neun Mitarbeitenden. Zu zweit gestalten und verantworten Sie den Betrieb und die Produktion der Holzwerkstatt.
  • Zu Ihren agogischen Aufgaben gehören die Anleitung und die Förderung der Mitarbeitenden mit einer psychischen und/oder kognitiven Beeinträchtigung in der Arbeit sowie die Entwicklung von Hilfsmitteln.
  • Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie Bezugspersonenarbeit, dies in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Wohnbereich und unserem Sozialdienst.
  • Sie verfügen über einen Fachabschluss im Berufsfeld Holz und bringen idealerweise Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf mit.
  • Sie sind kreativ, flexibel und verantwortungsbewusst und haben einen sicheren Umgang mit gängigen Computerprogrammen (Word, Outlook, Excel).
