Zur Verstärkung unserer Wohnbereiche suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Fach- oder Nichtfachkraft (m/w/d) für 30 Stunden pro Woche.

Als Fachkraft kommen insbesondere folgende Berufsgruppen infrage:

  • Heilerziehungspfleger/in (m/w/d)
  • Heilpädagoge/Heilpädagogin (m/w/d)
  • Altenpfleger/in (m/w/d)
  • Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in (m/w/d)

Alternativ suchen wir eine Nichtfachkraft (m/w/d) mit pädagogischen oder pflegerischen Kenntnissen.

So können Sie uns unterstützen:

  • Begleitung, Förderung, Anleitung und pflegerische Unterstützung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
  • Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Stärkung lebenspraktischer Fähigkeiten mit dem Ziel, größtmögliche Selbstständigkeit zu fördern
  • Dokumentation und Organisation von Hilfeprozessen sowie Übernahme verwaltungstechnischer Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeit in einem engagierten, wohngruppenübergreifenden Team

Was wir uns von Ihnen wünschen:

  • eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im pädagogischen oder pflegerischen Bereich (für die Tätigkeit als Fachkraft)
  • pädagogische oder pflegerische Kenntnisse (für die Tätigkeit als Nichtfachkraft)
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten im Rahmen unseres Dienstplans
  • ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft, das christliche Profil unserer Einrichtung mitzutragen; eine Kirchenzugehörigkeit ist wünschenswert
