Im MOVE Tageszentrum bieten wir Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen, welche im Übergang von der Schule ins Erwerbsleben Unterstützung benötigen, eine intensiv betreute Tagesstruktur oder gezielte ambulante Begleitung an. Die nachhaltige berufliche Integration wird durch gezielte Programme (finanziert über die IV, die Sozialbehörde etc.) Schritt für Schritt erarbeitet und begleitet. MOVE ist ein Angebot der Stiftung start again .

Im Bereich Tagesstruktur suchen wir ab Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine innovative Persönlichkeit als

Fallführende:n Sozialarbeiter:in 80% ##

Gemeinsam mit einem erfahrenen und engagierten Team begleitest du Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene zwischen 16 und 25 Jahren mit psychischen und sozialen Herausforderungen. Mit deinem Blick für übergeordnete Zusammenhänge bringst du die Perspektive der Fallführung in die Tagesstruktur ein.

Dein Profil

  • Du bist ein offener Begegnungsmensch, kannst Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene und ihr Unterstützungsnetzwerk schnell erfassen und es begeistert dich, sie fallspezifisch zu begleiten.
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialer Arbeit FH/HF sowie über Berufserfahrung in der fallführenden Begleitung von Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen (idealerweise in der freiwilligen und gesetzlichen Sozialarbeit oder in der Zusammenarbeit mit zuweisenden Stellen wie z.B. Sozialbehörden und SVA/IV).
  • Du denkst systemisch und handelst lösungsorientiert. Das vernetzte Arbeiten mit allen internen Bereichen (Alltagsteam, Job Coaching, Bildung) und dem Unterstützungsnetzwerk siehst du als Gewinn in der täglichen Arbeit.
  • Das Verfassen von Berichten geht dir leicht von der Hand und du freust dich auf ein hohes Mass an Selbstorganisation.
  • Du bist eine humorvolle und entscheidungsfreudige Persönlichkeit, welche motiviert ist eigene Ideen einzubringen und ihr eigenes Handeln zu reflektieren.
  • Du bist mindestens 26 Jahre alt, abgrenzungsfähig und belastbar.

  • Fortlaufend Supervision, Fallbesprechungen sowie 2x jährlich eine Retraite.
  • Regelmässige Arbeitszeiten von ca. 8h - 17h und fortschrittliche Sozialleistungen.
