Die Stiftung Wisli mit Sitz in Bülach engagiert sich seit mehr als 40 Jahren für die soziale und berufliche Integration von Menschen mit einer psychischen Beeinträchtigung. Sie bietet eine breite Palette von Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Wohnen, Arbeit und Arbeitsintegration. Das Angebot setzt sich aus unterschiedlich betreuten und begleiteten Wohnformen, psychiatrischer Spitex, angepassten Arbeits- und Beschäftigungsplätzen sowie dem Kompetenzzentrum für Arbeitsintegration, We-Care, zusammen.

Für unsere betreute Wohneinheit WOGE in Opfikon suchen wir eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit, welche gemeinsam mit einer zweiten Teamleitung die fachliche Führung eines Betreuungsteams übernimmt.

Teamleitung Wohnen (Sozialpsychiatrie) 80-100 % (alle)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Führung und Begleitung eines Betreuungsteams in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der zweiten Teamleitung und der Abteilungsleitung
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen, recoveryorientierten Begleitung von total 31 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern
  • Unterstützung und Coaching der Mitarbeitenden in fachlichen Fragestellungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Betreuungsqualität
  • Durchführung von Fallbesprechungen sowie Begleitung komplexer Betreuungssituationen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Einsatz- und Ferienplanung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, gesetzlichen Vertretungen und externen Fachstellen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in der sozialpsychiatrischen Betreuung sowie Übernahme von Bezugspersonenarbeit

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik HF/FH, Sozialer Arbeit, Pflege HF Psychiatrie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im sozialpsychiatrischen oder psychosozialen Bereich
  • Führungserfahrung oder ausgewiesene Erfahrung in einer fachlichen Leitungsfunktion
  • Freude daran, Mitarbeitende fachlich zu begleiten und zu fördern
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie organisatorisches Geschick
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse und Führerausweis Kat. B
