Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, behältst auch nachts den Überblick und möchtest Menschen begleiten statt nur Präsenz zeigen? Dann könnte unser Nachtdienst genau das Richtige für dich sein.

Bei uns betreust du erwachsene Menschen mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen in ihrem Wohnalltag – professionell, wertschätzend und mit dem Ziel, möglichst viel Selbstbestimmung zu ermöglichen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Begleitung unserer Bewohnenden während der
  • Medikamente richten, kontrollieren und verabreichen
  • Ansprechpartner:in bei Anliegen, Unsicherheiten oder Krisensituationen
  • Unterstützung eines ruhigen und sicheren Wohnumfeldes
  • Dokumentation und organisatorische Aufgaben
  • Leichte Unterhalts\- und Routinearbeiten während der

Wichtig: Bei uns stehen keine klassischen Kontrollrundgänge im Vordergrund – wir arbeiten bedarfsorientiert und mit Fokus auf Präsenz, Sicherheit und Beziehung.

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung im Gesundheits\- oder Sozialbereich (z. B. SRK, AGS, FaBe, FaGe oder vergleichbar) von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in Sozialpsychiatrie, Betreuung oder Begleitung
  • Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten und Verantwortungsübernahme
  • Ruhe, Verlässlichkeit und ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Offenheit, Empathie und gleichzeitig die Fähigkeit, Grenzen zu setzen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Grundkenntnisse in MS Office
