In der Zentralen Stelle Verpackungsregister (ZSVR) arbeiten wir für das Ziel, die Auswirkungen von Verpackungsabfällen auf die Umwelt zu verringern. Unsere Arbeitsweise ist agil, digital und eigenverantwortlich. Wir suchen Menschen, die ein nachhaltiges Verpackungsrecycling unter fairen Wettbewerbsbedingungen mitgestalten wollen.

Zur Unterstützung und Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich IT und Prozesse suchen wir in Osnabrück zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt unbefristet in Vollzeit eine*n

DevOps Engineer (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

  • Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung unserer Kubernetes-Umgebung mit dem Wachstum unserer Anwendungen
  • Gestaltung und Verbesserung unserer CI/CD-Pipelines, vom Build über automatisierte Tests bis zum Deployment
  • Etablierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung automatisierter und nachvollziehbarer Release-Prozesse nach dem GitOps-Prinzip
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Verfügbarkeit und Performance unserer Systeme
  • Verwaltung und Konfiguration der zugrunde liegenden Linux-Server
  • Weiterentwicklung von Monitoring, Logging und Alerting sowie Mitwirkung bei der Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams und gemeinsame, kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Prozesse
  • Integration und Berücksichtigung von Sicherheitsaspekten in Plattform und Pipelines
  • Unser Stack: Kubernetes, GitLab, ArgoCD, Prometheus, Grafana, Graylog. Uns ist dein Verständnis der Konzepte wichtiger als Erfahrung mit genau diesen Tools

Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik / Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (z. B. als Fachinformatiker*in)
  • Berufserfahrung im Betrieb oder in der Automatisierung von IT-Systemen, z. B. als DevOps-Engineer, Systemadministrator*in oder Softwareentwickler*in mit Infrastruktur-Fokus, idealerweise in agilen Entwicklungsteams
  • Ein gutes Verständnis von Containern und Container-Orchestrierung
  • Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Werkzeugen und Versionsverwaltung mit Git
  • Solide Kenntnisse in Linu und Netzwerken sowie Erfahrung im Scripting
  • Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Freude an der Teamarbeit und Lust, sich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch
