Teamleiter/in Wohngruppe 90\-100% =================================

Aufgaben

  • Fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Führung eines Teams sowie einer Wohngruppe
  • Verantwortung für die professionelle agogische Begleit\-, Betreuungs\- und Beziehungsarbeit
  • Mitgestaltung und Mitverantwortung bei der Weiterentwicklung personenzentrierter Wohn\- und Betreuungsangebote
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Team\- und Personalentwicklung
  • Umsetzung des Agogik\-Rahmenkonzeptes sowie Sicherstellung der Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen

Profil

  • Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik (HF/FH)
  • Weiterbildung und/oder Erfahrung in der Führung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office
  • Gewandte mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch
