Responsibilities:

  • Complete all required training for supervisory and non-supervisory roles.
  • Learn daily operations and perform duties independently within expected standards.
  • Uphold the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all responsibilities.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in recruiting and selecting junior-level employees.
  • Support employee counselling and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in service industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Prior experience in F&B will be an added advantage
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
