Mit CustoMyMerch erweitern wir unser B2B-Angebot zudem um individualisierte Merchandise-Produkte.

Mit Liebe zum Detail gestalten wir für unsere B2B-Kunden qualitativ hochwertige Produkte und vertreiben die Produkte unserer Marke VON JUNGFELD neben dem eigenen Online-Shop im stationären Handel in Deutschland und Europa sowie die Produkte unserer B2B-Marke CustoMySocks an Geschäftskunden aller Branchen in der DACH-Region.

Für beste Qualität arbeiten wir mit einem Netzwerk aus etablierten und erfahrenen Produzenten in Deutschland, Portugal und der Türkei zusammen. Sales Manager B2B (m/w/d) – Retail & Corporate

Deine Aufgaben

Retail & Wholesale – VON JUNGFELD

  • Aktive Neukundenakquise im Fachhandel sowie bei Kauf- und Warenhäusern in Deutschland und Europa – telefonisch, per E-Mail und persönlich vor Ort
  • Repräsentation von VON JUNGFELD auf Fach- und Ordermessen: Vorbereitung, Standbetreuung, Kundengespräche und konsequentes Nachfassen der Kontakte
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer bestehenden Handelspartner sowie Rückgewinnung inaktiver Händler
  • Steuerung von Vororder und Nachorder pro Saison über unsere B2B-Ordering-Plattform JOOR, über die wir ab Sommer 2027 mit unseren Handelspartnern zusammenarbeiten
  • Auftragsabwicklung in unserem ERP-System (Xentral) in Abstimmung mit Produktmanagement und Logistik
  • Koordination von EDI-Prozessen (z. B. PRICAT, DESADV) mit Handelspartnern und Clearing-Centern

Corporate Sales – CustoMySocks & CustoMyMerch

  • Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen von Geschäftskunden – von der Bedarfsklärung über das Angebot bis zum Abschluss
  • Begleitung der Kund:innen durch den Designprozess in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Creative-Team
  • Aktive Neukundengewinnung und Pflege der Bestandskunden
  • Saubere Pipeline-Pflege in unserem CRM (Freshsales)

Übergreifend

  • Forderungsmanagement deiner Kund:innen: Zahlungseingänge im Blick behalten, Zahlungserinnerungen versenden
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting zu Umsatz, Pipeline und offenen Themen an die Geschäftsführung
  • Mitarbeit an Vertriebsunterlagen, Preislisten und Konditionen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, z. B. in BWL, Handel oder Mode-/Textilmanagement
  • Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise in Fashion, Accessoires, Textil oder Promotional Products
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachhandel und/oder mit Geschäftskunden – Vororder- und Saisongeschäft sind dir vertraut
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Neukundenakquise – du gehst gern aktiv auf neue Kund:innen zu
  • Messeerfahrung und Freude daran, eine Marke am Stand selbstbewusst zu vertreten
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Themen von der Anfrage bis zur Zahlung zu Ende zu bringen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CRM- und ERP-Systemen; Kenntnisse in Freshsales, Xentral, JOOR oder EDI sind ein Plus
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein gutes Gespür für Kund:innen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft für Messen und Kundentermine in Deutschland und im europäischen Ausland
