The posting

Wil jij meewerken aan een innovatieve oplossing voor gezonde en duurzame voeding in het ziekenhuis?

Als ziekenhuis zijn wij volop bezig met de transitie naar gezonde, duurzame en toekomstbestendige voeding. Daarbij wordt op verschillende plekken veel data en informatie verzameld. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan duurzaam inkopen, voedingsafval, CO₂-uitstoot van voeding en de hoeveelheid volwaardige eiwitten binnen de eiwittransitie.

Op dit moment staat deze informatie verspreid over verschillende systemen en applicaties. Denk aan onze eigen keuken, leveranciers en voedingsapplicaties. Wij zijn daarom op zoek naar een manier om deze informatie overzichtelijk samen te brengen in één centraal dashboard.

Jouw stageopdracht

Tijdens jouw stage onderzoek je hoe we inzicht kunnen krijgen in onze prestaties en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van gezonde en duurzame voeding.

In fase 1 ga je:

  • de behoeften, eisen en wensen van verschillende gebruikers en betrokkenen in kaart brengen;
  • een Programma van Eisen (PvE) opstellen met zowel functionele als technische eisen;
  • onderzoeken welke bestaande systemen en tools beschikbaar zijn;
  • vergelijken of het beter is om bestaande systemen aan elkaar te koppelen of een nieuwe dashboardtool te ontwikkelen;
  • jouw bevindingen vertalen naar een concreet en onderbouwd advies.

Je werkt hierbij samen met verschillende betrokkenen binnen en buiten het ziekenhuis. Hierdoor krijg je de mogelijkheid om niet alleen onderzoek te doen, maar ook daadwerkelijk mee te denken over een praktische en innovatieve oplossing.

In fase 2 willen we, op basis van jouw advies, de volgende stap zetten richting de inrichting, ontwikkeling of implementatie van de oplossing.

Je sluit jouw stage af met een bruikbaar en onderbouwd advies waarmee het ziekenhuis daadwerkelijk verder kan.

Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste hbo-student in het 3e of 4e jaar die:

  • digitaal vaardig is en interesse heeft in data en technologie;
  • affiniteit heeft met AI en innovatieve digitale oplossingen;
  • communicatief sterk is en gemakkelijk contact maakt met verschillende mensen;
  • zelfstandig kan werken;
  • proactief is en het leuk vindt om zelf met ideeën en oplossingen te komen;
  • geïnteresseerd is in duurzaamheid, voeding en/of zorg.

Tijdens jouw stage bieden wij:

  • goede en persoonlijke begeleiding op de werkvloer;
  • ruimte om zelfstandig onderzoek te doen en eigen ideeën uit te werken;
  • de mogelijkheid om ervaring op te doen met een actueel en maatschappelijk relevant vraagstuk;
  • flexibele werktijden;
  • een stage- en reiskostenvergoeding conform de CAO Ziekenhuizen.
