Østjysk Tømrer ApS i Horsens søger en ansvarsbevidst byggeleder til projektledelse af tømrer – og hovedentrepriser.

**Opgaver Og Ansvarsområder

**

  • Planlægning og styring af byggeprojekter i samarbejde med projektchef med fokus på fremdrift, kvalitet og sikkerhed. Du vil modtage støtte og oplæring i jobbet i nødvendigt omfang.
  • Daglig kontakt og koordinering med underentreprenører, tømrer i egenproduktion, leverandører og kunder.
  • Opfølgning, aflevering og løbende dokumentation samt tidsstyring.

Det er et selvstændigt job, hvor det kræves, at du går forrest og ikke er bange for at kommunikere klart og tydeligt. Du trives med frihed under ansvar og holder af en varieret hverdag, der starter tidligt. Du formår at motivere og inspirere folk omkring dig.

**Nødvendige Kvalifikationer

**

  • Drive, potentiale og kemi er vigtigere end et langt CV.
  • Du er ikke konfliktsky og arbejder ærlig og målrettet i din kommunikation.
  • Du trives med at være tilgængelig og synlig ude på byggepladsen, men kan også arbejde med en computer.
  • Kan navigere i en travl hverdag og bevare ro, overblik og handlekraft – også når der er pres på.
  • Det er et krav, at du har praktisk erfaring som tømrer. Muligvis kroppen er træt, men hovedet er frisk til flere byggeprojekter.
