Sobre a oportunidade

Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) de Operações Educacionais para liderar e estruturar as operações da STL Academy e do Elite 3D, nossas frentes de cursos digitais e mentorias especializadas.

Buscamos alguém com experiência em empresas de educação digital, EdTechs, infoprodutos, plataformas de cursos ou programas de mentoria, que compreenda as particularidades desse mercado e tenha capacidade de estruturar processos, liderar equipes e garantir uma experiência de qualidade para alunos e mentorados.

O desafio será desenvolver uma operação eficiente, organizada e escalável, conectando pessoas, processos e tecnologia.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Coordenar as operações educacionais da STL Academy e do Elite 3D, garantindo qualidade e eficiência nas entregas.
  • Liderar e desenvolver a equipe responsável pelas operações, Customer Success educacional e acompanhamento das mentorias.
  • Estruturar processos, fluxos de trabalho e rotinas para melhorar a eficiência e a escalabilidade dos programas.
  • Coordenar a publicação, organização e disponibilização dos cursos e conteúdos nas plataformas educacionais.
  • Acompanhar a execução das mentorias, garantindo organização, cumprimento de cronogramas e qualidade das entregas.
  • Aprimorar a jornada dos alunos e mentorados, promovendo engajamento, satisfação e retenção.
  • Monitorar indicadores operacionais e de experiência do aluno, propondo melhorias contínuas.
  • Atuar em parceria com Conteúdo, Criação, Marketing, Growth e Tecnologia.

O que buscamos

  • Experiência comprovada em empresas de educação digital, EdTechs, infoprodutos, plataformas de cursos ou programas de mentoria.
  • Experiência em liderança de equipes e gestão de operações educacionais ou negócios digitais.
  • Vivência na estruturação, melhoria e acompanhamento de processos.
  • Conhecimento sobre jornada do aluno, Customer Success, engajamento e retenção.
  • Capacidade de analisar indicadores e transformar dados em ações.
  • Perfil organizado, analítico, resolutivo e com autonomia para liderar projetos e equipes.

Será um diferencial

  • Experiência com programas de mentoria de alto valor agregado (high ticket).
  • Vivência com plataformas de ensino online (LMS) e gestão de conteúdos digitais.
  • Experiência com automação de processos e ferramentas de inteligência artificial.
