Ihre Aufgaben

Wir suchen einen dynamischen und wissbegierigen Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Innendienst. Diese Rolle ist auch für motivierte Quereinsteiger geeignet, die eine Karriere im kaufmännischen Bereich der Baubranche suchen. Sie werden umfassend eingearbeitet und erhalten die Möglichkeit, tiefgreifende Branchenkenntnisse zu entwickeln.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung von Innendiensttätigkeiten
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Auftragsabwicklung
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Daten in unseren EDV-Systemen, vor allem Microsoft 365
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, um die Kundenzufriedenheit und Effizienz der Prozesse zu gewährleisten
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Dokumentationen und Berichten

Ihr Profil

  • Dynamische Persönlichkeit mit hoher Lernbereitschaft und der Motivation, sich in neue Bereiche einzuarbeiten
  • PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, sind erwünscht
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Keine spezifische Vorerfahrung im Bereich der Bauwirtschaft erforderlich; Quereinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Organisationsgeschick und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
