ART Bakery söker en engagerad och driven Caféchef som vill leda teamet, utveckla verksamheten och skapa riktigt bra gästupplevelser.

Som Caféchef har du en central roll i den dagliga verksamheten och arbetar nära Verksamhetschefen. Du ansvarar för att driften fungerar effektivt, att teamet trivs och utvecklas och att våra gäster möts av hög kvalitet och fantastisk service.

Rollen är till största del operativ, vilket innebär att du finns där det händer tillsammans med teamet. Samtidigt ansvarar du för planering, personalfrågor, uppföljning och andra administrativa delar kopplade till caféets drift.

Vi söker dig som är en trygg, handlingskraftig och prestigelös ledare. Du trivs i ett högt tempo, ser vad som behöver göras och får människor omkring dig att arbeta tillsammans mot gemensamma mål. Du har ett genuint intresse för service, mat och dryck och förstår sambandet mellan en fantastisk gästupplevelse, ett välmående team och ett bra resultat.

I rollen ingår:

Drift och gästupplevelse

  • Leda, inspirera och fördela det dagliga arbetet
  • Säkerställa en effektiv drift och en hög servicenivå
  • Coacha teamet i det dagliga arbetet och själv vara en tydlig förebild
  • Se till helheten och agera när verksamheten kräver det
  • Arbeta aktivt med sortiment, presentation och display
  • Tillsammans med Verksamhetschefen utveckla caféets arbetssätt och erbjudande

Team och ledarskap

  • Skapa ett engagerat team med en positiv och inkluderande arbetsmiljö
  • Ansvara för onboarding och offboarding
  • Coacha och utveckla medarbetare genom kontinuerlig feedback och uppföljning
  • Genomföra medarbetarsamtal och arbeta aktivt med kompetensutveckling
  • Bidra till både din egen och teamets fortsatta utveckling

Resultat och planering

  • Arbeta aktivt mot budget, nyckeltal och uppsatta mål
  • Planera och schemalägga verksamheten utifrån behov, budget, prognos och kollektivavtal
  • Ansvara för inköp och bidra till en kostnadsmedveten och lönsam drift
