The posting

Vi söker en driven och engagerad butikschef till våra second hand butiker i Nynäshamn och Handen!

Våra second hand-butiker drivs som socialt företag och verksamheten gör en stor samhälls- och klimatinsats genom att skapa arbetstillfällen och samla in kläder/prylar. Hos oss får människor möjlighet att närma sig, eller komma tillbaka till, arbetslivet genom praktik och arbetsträning. Samtidigt bidrar vi till minskad nyproduktion och därmed minskad påverkan av miljöresurser.

I rollen som butikschef har du ett mångfacetterat arbete där ingen dag är den andra lik. Du ansvarar för det sociala företaget och har personal- och budgetansvar där du ansvarar för att butiken når dagliga försäljningsmål och drivs enligt vår verksamhetsidé. Värdegrunden är ett viktigt redskap i arbetet och tillsammans med dina medarbetare förmedlar du vår värdegrund till deltagare i arbetsträning, kunder, gåvogivare, volontärer och kollegor.

Vi söker dig som

  • Arbetat minst två år som butikschef inom detalj/dagligvaruhandeln där du haft både personal- och budgetansvar
  • Är resultatinriktad, affärsmässig samt självgående och strukturerad
  • Är en god ledare som motiveras av att utveckla och arbeta med människor
  • Är lyhörd med ett stort engagemang för människors olika egenskaper och erfarenheter
  • Identifierar dig med Stockholms Stadsmissions värdegrund

Övrigt

Arbetet innebär chefsansvar för två butiker vilket ställer krav på dig som ledare då du inte ser dina medarbetare varje dag.

Vi erbjuder

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning, med inledande provanställning. Omfattningen är 100% med arbetstid 2-3 dagar/vecka i respektive butik. Tillträde enligt överenskommelse.
