Är du en driven och kreativ säljare som vill arbeta med second hand och för en mer hållbar konsumtion? Vi söker nu en butiksmedarbetare i en tidsbegränsad anställning för dig som är beviljad någon form av anställningsstöd.

I rollen som butiksmedarbetare:

I arbetsuppgifterna i second hand-butiken i Örebro ingår bland annat att arbetsleda och instruera deltagare, kundservice, kassaarbete, uppackning av varor, exponering, samt gåvohantering och arbete i butikens tillhörande produktion. Som medarbetare inom Sociala företag skall du förmedla Stockholms Stadsmissions värdegrund till deltagare, gåvogivare, kunder, volontärer personer inom frivård och kollegor.

Bra att veta:

Arbetet är stundtals i högt tempo och kan innebära tunga lyft. Öppning och stängning samt kvällar och helger ingår i tjänsten.

Dessa kvalifikationer och egenskaper ser vi att du har:

  • Intresse för människor, service och butiksarbete
  • minst 6 månaders erfarenhet inom service/butik.
  • Intresse för exponering och butikskommunikation
  • En vilja att få ökat ansvar i arbetsuppgifter, dags planering och drift
  • Erfarenhet av att lära ut dina kunskaper till andra

Vi vill även att du är:

  • En god medmänniska och inspiratör
  • Lyhörd med ett stort engagemang för människors olika egenskaper/erfarenheter
  • Väl förankrad i Stockholms Stadsmissions värdegrund

Tjänsten är placerad på second hand-butiken i Örebro och är en tidsbegränsad anställning på 50% för dig med någon form av anställningsstöd. Tillträde: enligt överenskommelse
