Wir bei STOFF2 entwickeln und bauen Elektrolyseure zur Erzeugung von grünem Wasserstoff. Unsere Technologie kombiniert erstmals die Produktion von Wasserstoff mit einem inhärenten Energiespeicher in einer Einheit und schafft so die optimale Lösung für eine effiziente und netzdienliche Nutzung erneuerbarer Energien. Unser Ziel ist es, die Energiewende nicht nur mitzugestalten, sondern aktiv voranzutreiben – auf dem Weg in eine grüne Zukunft.

Deine Rolle bei uns

Als Technical Project Manager Hydrogen (all genders) bringst du unsere Technologie dorthin, wo sie Wirkung entfaltet: in konkreten Wasserstoffprojekten. Gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen und Partner:innen machst du aus Projektideen funktionierende Anlagen und gestaltest damit aktiv den Weg unserer Technologie in den Markt. Dabei verbindest du technisches Verständnis mit Projektverantwortung und sorgst dafür, dass aus einer echten Innovation eine erfolgreiche Anwendung wird.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du kümmerst dich um die Umsetzung von Elektrolyseurprojekten nach Vertragsabschluss bis zur Inbetriebnahme
  • Während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit bist du Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen, Projektpartner:innen sowie für interne Fachabteilungen
  • Du koordinierst Projektabläufe, Termine, Budgets und Schnittstellen und sorgst für eine erfolgreiche Projektrealisierung
  • Du behältst regulatorische Anforderungen, Zertifizierungen und Dokumentationspflichten im Blick und unterstützt gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen die Einholung notwendiger Genehmigungen
  • Du unterstützt unser Business Development Team bei der technischen Bewertung und Entwicklung neuer Projektchancen z. B. im Rahmen von technischen Auslegungen, Modellierungen und Förderanträgen
  • Du arbeitest dort, wo dein Projekt dich braucht: im Büro, im Homeoffice oder direkt auf der Baustelle

Dein Profil

  • Du bist überzeugt davon, dass grüner Wasserstoff die Zukunft ist, und möchtest aktiv daran mitwirken
  • Du hast ein technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du verfügst über mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Anlagenbau, beispielsweise in der technischen Planung, Projektabwicklung, Inbetriebnahme oder im Projektmanagement
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und zuverlässig und bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative mit
  • Deine Kommunikationsstärke setzt du souverän im Umgang mit Kund:innen, Partner:innen und internen Teams ein
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und bewegst dich sicher in internationalen Projektumgebungen
  • Du fühlst dich in einem wachsenden Start-up wohl, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und konzentrierst dich auf Lösungen statt auf Probleme
