The posting

Join the Parts Department team at Stokes Honda Cars of Beaufort, located in Beaufort, SC. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic automotive environment by managing and coordinating the parts inventory and ensuring excellent service to both customers and service technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage parts orders to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Assist customers by identifying and locating the correct parts efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate with service technicians to provide timely parts delivery and support for vehicle repairs.
  • Process and manage returns, warranties, and parts exchanges in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and obtain the best possible terms.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive parts management or related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office applications.
