We’re focused on the areas of greatest market need – both today and tomorrow. Our core products and technologies are aligned with industry megatrends including safety and security, vehicle intelligence, fuel efficiency and emissions. Join the Stoneridge Team as we continue to build upon our strong history and reputation for quality products to deliver innovative products and systems that address a need, exceed our customers’ expectations, and motivate our team.

  • Perform system modeling, simulation, and trade-off analyses to support design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as software engineering, functional safety, cybersecurity, electrical engineering, system verification and project management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Develop and maintain the system FMEA.
  • Assist with business acquisition by assessing technical feasibility, engineering effort and risk for RFQ/RFI’s and change requests.

Education, Experience And Knowledge

  • Education: BSc in a technical discipline (preferably Systems-, Automotive-, Software-, or Electrical Engineering).
  • 5-10 years of experience as a systems engineer, preferably in the automotive, heavy equipment or the agricultural industry.
  • Knowledge of requirements engineering, either gained through a course/training, or proven experience gained on-the-job during your professional career.
  • Knowledge of system architectural design, either gained through a course/training, or proven experience gained on-the-job during your professional career.
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools (Doors NG, Polarion or similar) and system modeling tools (SMW/Capella or similar).

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
