The posting

Je komt terecht in een klein team dat werkt aan een WMS-webapplicatie (warehouse management software) die dagelijks door meerdere magazijnen en honderden gebruikers wordt gebruikt om complexe, vaak logistieke uitdagingen op te lossen die eigen zijn aan de warehousing- en fulfilmentsector.

Als gemotiveerd lid van ons team bestaan je dagelijkse taken uit het ontwikkelen van nieuwe, boeiende functionaliteiten in nette, efficiënte en goed gedocumenteerde JavaScript code met behulp van het Meteor.js-framework. Daarnaast werk je samen met teamleden, onderzoek je supportcases en help je mee deze op te lossen. Je krijgt ook de kans om ideeën aan te brengen om zowel ons product als onze ontwikkelprocessen te verbeteren.

Lang verhaal kort: wij zoeken iemand om mee aan de kar te trekken om onze software tot een internationaal succes te maken. We beseffen dat we met beperkte middelen roeien in deze fase van ons bedrijf, maar daartegenover staat een grote vrijheid/flexibiliteit, inspraak op de roadmap, direct contact met klanten en aandelenopties om zo ook de vruchten van je eigen werk in de toekomst te kunnen plukken!

Vereisten

  • Minstens 2 jaar werkervaring met moderne JavaScript
  • Volledig begrip van asynchrone programmering
  • Ervaring met het gebruik van AI
  • Ervaring met het bouwen van grote webapplicaties en de bijhorende uitdagingen
  • Ervaring met Git
  • Basiskennis van HTML5 en CSS3
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
  • In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken
  • Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Een gezonde interesse in het vakgebied en de motivatie om nieuwe technologieën aan te leren
  • In staat zijn om feedback om te zetten in praktische todo's
