The posting

Till vår dagliga verksamhet enligt LSS söker vi nu timvikarier med start omgående, till ett inspirerande och omväxlande arbete tillsammans med kunniga kollegor. Tjänsten är en visstidsanställning (timanställning) där du kan hoppa in vid behov, med kort varsel.

Vi arbetar utifrån ett coachande förhållningssätt för att främja delaktighet och medbestämmande. Schemat är ryggraden i verksamheten. Deltagarnas intressen och förutsättningar styr hur innehållet anpassas inom varje aktivitet. Vi sköter våra lokaler och utemiljö tillsammans och arbetar med ett genomgående återbrukstänk.

Vi driver också en secondhand -butik där vi säljer barnkläder, spel och leksaker.

Arbetsuppgifter Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer dels att handla om att utföra stöd- och omsorgsinsatser enligt aktuell genomförandeplan. Du ska stödja, uppmuntra och motivera individen att nå sina uppsatta mål. Dessutom ansvarar du för social dokumentation i enlighet med gällande lagstiftning och föreskrifter. Du arbetar lågaffektivt och salutogent och gör varje deltagare mer självständig och delaktig i vardagen.

  • Du ska ha en grundläggande utbildning inom vård och omsorgs eller barn- och fritidsprogrammet, eller annan likvärdig utbildning.
  • Vi vill att du har god erfarenhet av arbete med högfungerande personer inom LSS eller inom socialpsykiatri.
  • Du ska ha mycket goda kunskaper i det svenska språket, både muntligt och skriftligt. Dessutom krävs det att du kan använda e-post, internet och utföra datadokumentation.

Det är meriterande om du också har:

  • Körkort för manuell bil samt körvana
  • Spetskompetenser för den specifika verksamheten
  • Kunskaper om olika funktionsvariationer ex autism/NPF/IF
  • Goda kunskaper om lågaffektivt bemötande och förhållningssätt
  • Kunskaper i AKK- Alternativ kompletterande kommunikation

Personliga egenskaper

Vi söker dig som besitter god självkännedom samt har utmärkta samarbets- och kommunikationsförmågor och delar våra värdegrunder: Jämlikhet, Omtanke och Förändring.

Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av socialpedagogiskt arbete inom LSS.

Dina personliga egenskaper är avgörande. Du sätter deltagaren i fokus och har en personlig mognad som gör dig professionell i din yrkesroll. Inom ramen för verksamhetens rutiner utvärderar du situationer och tar initiativ som leder deltagaren i en positiv riktning. Du har en kreativ ådra och är flexibel – att hoppa in med kort varsel är en naturlig del av vikariatet.
