Som teamchef har du ett tydligt, coachande och närvarande ledarskap i det dagliga omsorgsarbetet. Du arbetar en stor del i den direkta omsorgen och kan därmed handleda och vara ett stöd, samt främja kollegors och enhetens utveckling. Som ledare på Stora Sköndal vill vi att du ska vara trygg i dig själv och medveten om dina styrkor och svagheter. Du är bekväm i att ta kommandot och utöva ledarskap. Du startar aktiviteter, ger riktlinjer och tar ansvar. Du kan fatta beslut på egen hand, men involverar relevanta personer i viktiga beslut. Du tar hänsyn till andras åsikter och vågar prova nya idéer.

Du planerar och leder mötesforum och ansvarar även för administrativa arbetsuppgifter såsom schemaplanering, utvecklingssamtal och medverkan i rekrytering. Vi förväntar oss att du som ledare ska vara självklar bärare av våra ledord; omtanke, jämlikhet och förändring.

Vi arbetar tillsammans i multiprofessionella team för att skapa den bästa omsorgen och servicen för våra boende. I teamet ingår omsorgspersonal, sjuksköterska, fysioterapeut, arbetsterapeut och aktivitetscoach. Du är närmast chef för ca undersköterskor. Som teamchef rapporterar du till verksamhetschefen. Du deltar också i den lokala ledningsgruppen tillsammans med de andra teamcheferna för att vara delaktig i verksamhetens kvalitetsarbete och utveckling.

För dig som inte har en likvärdig ledarskapsutbildning erbjuder vi dig utbildningen ”Ledarskapsutbildning för chefer i äldreomsorgen”, 30 hp, som vi vill att alla våra teamchefer ska ha.

Vi behöver säkerställa att du som söker jobb hos oss har rätt att arbeta i Sverige. Om du går vidare i processen så kommer vi att begära in handlingar som styrker din rätt att arbeta i Sverige.

Du har undersköterskeutbildning och dokumenterad erfarenhet av ledarskap. Vidare har du även erfarenhet av teamarbete tillsammans med undersköterskekollegor, sjuksköterskor och rehab, med den boendes bästa i fokus.

Som person är du ansvarsfull, organiserad, initiativrik och har god social kompetens. Du har goda kunskaper i det svenska språket i tal och skrift, då arbetet ställer krav på kommunikation, dokumentation och administration. Därav är det också viktigt att du har god datorvana.

Utdrag ur belastningsregistret ska uppvisas innan anställning. Vi ser gärna att det visas digitalt, exempelvis via Kivra.

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning med 6 månaders provanställning. Tillträde enligt överenskommelse.
