Pagrindinės naujo komandos nario atsakomybės:

  • Bendradarbiaujant su vadovais, vykdyti pilną darbuotojų atrankos ciklą – nuo darbo skelbimų publikavimo iki naujokų sklandaus starto.
  • Rengti, tvarkyti bei archyvuoti darbo santykius reglamentuojančius dokumentus, kad jie atitiktų Lietuvos Respublikos darbo teisės aktus.
  • Administruoti personalo valdymo ir apskaitos sistemas užtikrinant jose duomenų tikslumą bei konfidencialumą.
  • Organizuoti darbuotojų kvalifikacijos kėlimo bei privalomuosius mokymus, nuo mokymų tiekėjų paieškos iki dokumentų sutvarkymo.
  • Prisidėti prie vidinių personalo projektų, procesų tobulinimo ir tikslų įgyvendinimo.
  • Atlikti personalo informacinės medžiagos vertimą iš anglų kalbos į lietuvių kalbą.
  • Pagelbėti personalo vadovui kasdieniuose personalo procesuose.
  • Organizuoti įmonės šventinius renginius.

Reikalavimai:

  • Aukštasis išsilavinimas (personalo valdymo, psichologijos, teisės ar kitoje susijusioje srityje).
  • Bent 2 metų patirtis personalo srityje (didelis privalumas).
  • LR darbo teisės bei personalo administravimo teisės aktų išmanymas ir jų pritaikymas.
  • Puikūs bendravimo įgūdžiai, tolerancija ir pagarba bendraujant su darbuotojais.
  • Iniciatyvumas, atsakingumas, kruopštumas, savarankiškumas.
  • Labai geri darbo kompiuteriu įgūdžiai.
  • Geros lietuvių ir anglų kalbos žinios (tiek žodžiu, tiek raštu).
