Usaldame Sulle järgmised tööülesanded:​

  • tootmisseadmete (elektri-, automaatika- ja mehaanikaosade) hooldus, remont ja tõrkeotsing​
  • andurite, ajamite, juhtseadmete, sagedusmuundurite ja teiste automaatikakomponentide kontrollimine ja häälestamine​
  • masinate ja tootmisliinide ennetava hoolduse teostamine vastavalt hooldusplaanile​
  • masinate töökindluse tõstmine: väiksemate arendus- ja täiustustööde teostamine​

​

Ootame Sinult:​

  • tehnilist haridust elektroonika-, mehhatroonika-, elektri- või automaatika erialal​
  • varasemat kogemust puidutööstuses, eelistatult tööstusseadmete hoolduse, elektri- või automaatikasüsteemide valdkonnas​
  • head arusaama elektriskeemidest, seadmete juhenditest ja tehnilistest joonistest​
  • oskust diagnoosida ja lahendada mehaanika-, elektri- ja automaatikarikkeid​
  • baasteadmisi anduritest, ajamitest, sagedusmuunduritest, pneumaatikast ja hüdraulikast​
  • kasuks tuleb kogemus sagedusmuundurite, servosüsteemide või tööstuslike võrkudega (nt Profinet, Profibus), töökogemus PLC-dega (eelistatult Siemens), keevitus- või mehaanikaoskused ning kogemus tööstusautomaatika projektide või tehniliste arendustega​
  • analüütilist mõtlemist, probleemilahendusoskust, täpsust, korrektsust​
  • valmisolekut töötada meeskonnas ühise eesmärgi nimel ning samuti töötada iseseisvalt​
  • valmidus töötada vahetustes (hommikune vahetus 7:00-16:30 ja õhtune vahetus 16:30-2:00), mis võimaldab Sul ka nädala sees saada vabu päevi isiklikeks toimetusteks
