Your mission

Sous la responsabilité du COO, vous assurez la gestion technique, la maintenance et l’optimisation de notre parc immobilier français. En position d'expert, vous garantissez la pérennité de nos sites en pilotant des projets stratégiques.

Vos missions principales :

  • Piloter les opérations de maintenance de l’ensemble des installations, coordonner les actions préventives et correctives et garantir une conformité réglementaire
  • Guide les équipes internes et les prestataires, en tant que référent(e) technique des sites lors d'incidents ou de demandes spécifiques
  • Proposer et déployer des projets stratégiques visant à améliorer la qualité, la sécurité et la rentabilité des sites
  • Élaborer et suivre le budget Facility Management, optimiser les coûts et assurer un reporting régulier des KPIs auprès de la direction
  • Veiller au respect de la conformité en anticipant et respectant les normes locales et gérer les risques opérationnels sur chaque site
  • Sélectionner, négocier et piloter les prestataires techniques (SLA, évaluation de la qualité de service) des opérations de maintenance
  • Intégrer des solutions innovantes et durables pour anticiper les évolutions technologiques et environnementales du secteur

Your profile

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Master (Bac+5) en Ingénierie, Génie Civil, Construction ou Facility Management
  • Vous avez 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de hubs logistiques, de sites industriels ou de bâtiments tertiaires de grande envergure
  • Vous êtes capable de vous exprimer en anglais avec aisance à l'oral comme à l'écrit
  • Vous avez une maîtrise approfondie de la maintenance, de la sécurité incendie/sûreté, de la gestion énergétique et du pilotage de projets complexes
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre leadership stratégique et votre capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des départements transverses
  • Vous avez un esprit pragmatique, une grande rigueur analytique et vous faites preuve d'une approche proactive dans la résolution de problèmes
