📍 Location: Edina, MN 💲 Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 / hour (based on experience) ⏰ Schedule: Varied shifts, Sunday – Saturday

About the Role

Join our Bakery Team at Jerry’s Foods in Edina! As a Bakery Helper, you’ll support daily operations, prepare baked goods, and deliver excellent customer service. This is a part-time union role with growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with preparing bakery products such as donuts, cakes, and breads
  • Stock and rotate displays, ensuring shelves are full and fresh
  • Help receive deliveries and organize products (some lifting up to 50 lbs required)
  • Keep the bakery area clean, safe, and sanitary
  • Operate bakery equipment including mixers, ovens, fryers, and slicers
  • Provide friendly, helpful service to customers and support your team

What We’re Looking For

  • Outgoing, customer-focused attitude
  • Interest in food, pastries, and bakery operations
  • Ability to work in a team and stay reliable with scheduling
  • Previous bakery or food service experience is a plus
  • Food Safety knowledge or training is preferred
