Als Senior Fashion Advisor ben je een vaste waarde op de werkvloer en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en collega’s.

Je:

  • verwelkomt klanten op een warme, natuurlijke manier en begeleidt hen met professioneel en persoonlijk modeadvies;
  • neemt mee verantwoordelijkheid voor de uitstraling van de winkel en zorgt dat alles er verzorgd en uitnodigend uitziet;
  • denkt actief mee over winkelpresentaties en zorgt dat collecties aantrekkelijk en up-to-date gepresenteerd worden;
  • beheert de stock op een efficiënte manier en denkt mee over productplaatsing en rotatie;
  • ziet verkoopkansen en speelt hier proactief op in, terwijl je bouwt aan een eigen klantenbestand;
  • ondersteunt en coacht collega’s in klantbenadering en styling;
  • zorgt voor een correcte kassa-afhandeling en ondersteunt de storemanager in dagelijkse werking;
  • draagt actief bij aan de verkoopresultaten en teamdoelstellingen;
  • en zorgt mee voor een positieve en aangename sfeer in de winkel.

Je herkent jezelf in dit profiel:

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in de verkoop, bij voorkeur binnen mode.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen in een team.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken affiniteit met mode en een sterk gevoel voor trends en styling.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en weet verkoopkansen op een natuurlijke manier te benutten.
  • Je bouwt vlot relaties op met klanten en weet hen op een persoonlijke manier te begeleiden.
  • Weekendwerk is een vast onderdeel van je functie.
